What data we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process the data you enter yourself:

  • full name,
  • company name,
  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • the content of your message.

When you apply for a distributor job through the form on the Careers page, we process your full name, email address, mobile number, city, employment status, the job you are applying for, your availability and any message you enter.

To protect our forms from abuse and spam, we also record your IP address and the time of submission.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We use data from the contact form solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any cooperation. We use data from job applications solely to select candidates and contact them about the job. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners and protecting the website from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be held by our web hosting and email providers, who process it solely on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, select candidates and carry out any cooperation, or for as long as required by law. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to request at any time:

  • access to your personal data,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can send your request to info@distri.hr. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
